Through my extensive career in the hospitality industry, I have gained a wealth of experience in both the front and back of house operations. From being a cook, host, expediter, general manager, owner, and operator, I have learned the ins and outs of every aspect of running a successful establishment.
One of my recent accomplishments was spearheading the opening of Broder at the Selina Commodore Hotel in Astoria, in collaboration with Selina and Peter Bro.
My true passion lies in building and maintaining a strong company culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and retention.
